Our Mission

is dedicated to the goal of providing complete and integrated civil engineering services to public and private clients.

To achieve this mission, we strive to offer a single source of professional engineering and technical support services. The responsibility for all facets of a project remains directly under our control with minimal sub-consultant requirements.

Our Organization

is comprised of a full-time staff of engineers, technicians, and administrative personnel. Our organization stresses individual development and its staff typically consists of long-term employees who have served in various technical capacities and are experienced in the various levels of project development. Technical issues are addressed with sound theory supported by practical experience.

We are a Massachusetts Corporation that maintains all licenses and certificates required to conduct a professional engineering and surveying business. Key staff members are duly registered in their respective professions. The Corporation has a solid and well-established financial base and is appropriately insured.

Our Capabilities

is a professional civil engineering and surveying corporation and maintains a fully-equipped and certified Materials Testing Laboratory as an adjunct to its planning and design capabilities.

Past, Present and Future

was founded as a two-person civil engineering and surveying firm in 1952 and incorporated in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 1961.

Since its inception, has steadily expanded it staff and scope of available services to become the broad-based, full-service professional firm it is today.

We maintain and constantly upgrade our computer-aided drafting systems; electronic surveying equipment; and computerized design, data collection and file management systems.

's management looks to the challenges of the future by continuing to nurture this philosophy of controlled professional growth and staff expansion which has contributed significantly to the firm’s success and longevity.
