BAY CLUB AT MATTAPOISETT

TEC is a key member of the planning and design team for a 600-acre world class golf course and gated residential community in the seaside town of Mattapoisett , Massachusetts .

The course itself is being designed by Faxon/Booth, nationally recognized golf course planners and architects. Brad Faxon, a partner in the firm, is an 8-time winner on the PGA Tour who has twice represented the USA on Ryder Cup teams.

The 18-hole championship course will have an adjacent 150± home residential subdivision, complete clubhouse and dining facilities. It is scheduled to open for partial play in 2003 and full play in 2004. TEC is responsible for survey and subdivision layout as well as roadway and utility design. The project includes an alternative analysis for wastewater disposal. House construction will be on-going through 2006.

 
NEW BEDFORD BUSINESS PARK EXPANSION

Dartmouth and New Bedford, Massachusetts

 

The Town of Dartmouth and the Greater New Bedford Industrial Foundation has contracted with TEC to design an expansion of the New Bedford Business Park into the Town of Dartmouth. The Project includes an industrial subdivision with full utilities, utilizing an extension of Vertente Boulevard as access.

 

TEC is charged with the design of new roadways; water, sewer, and drainage systems; and overall site grading. Since a significant portion of the site includes sensitive wetlands areas and wildlife habitats, successful management of the permitting process is crucial, and TEC is responsible for that task as well.
